Your productivity is a factor of how much energy you can bring to the day. You’re able to think clearly and with great logic if you eat a balanced diet, sleep well, exercise, and take care of your mental health.

Before making a big life decision, it’s always good idea to relax: Take a vacation for a week or two, start using a journal, or change up your morning routines. When you break the monotony, you begin to look at your life through a different lens, which enhances judgement and leads to better decisions. It could be difference between failure and success.

Many people make the mistake of being too rigid when it comes to goal setting. They set goals and don’t allow for any flexibility in their plans. While having a plan is a not a bad thing, you must be flexible; Every day is unpredictable so you’re better off going with the flow.
