Feelings of inspiration or motivation don’t last. It might feel like you could sustain the energy in the moment, but it typically fades after only a couple of hours. The key to consistent action is to build habits—tiny actions that you repeat without knowing. Small changes big results.

Learning is the key to personal growth. It doesn’t matter whether you learn through studying or from experience; Your everyday goal should always be to know more than you did yesterday. A lifelong learner is constantly pushing to find more.

There are many goal-setting mistakes you can make without realizing. One of them is having no target in mind. When you know where you’re headed, it’s much easier to repeat actions that lead to tangible results.
