Hi All!
I hope your week is off to a great start. As always, here are your weekly tips and tricks to keep you on track with your goals in life and business.
1. “I think making mistakes and discovering them for yourself is of great value, but to have someone else to point out your mistakes is a shortcut of the process.” ― Shelby Foote
Mistakes are a normal part of life, and especially common when we focus on our vision and work toward a goal. The best way to go about pursuing your dreams is to take other people you trust along for the ride; Share your ideas, struggles, and experiences with them because they might look at things differently and give you valuable insight.
2. “Just because we’re busy doesn’t mean we’re being productive. Working is one of the most dangerous forms of procrastination.” ― Gretchen Rubin
Many entrepreneurs fall into the trap of just being busy, rather than working on tasks that move them toward their goals. They don’t act with a sense of urgency and determination. This happens in business all the time; We put in many hours of work only to realize that what we are building is not what we or other people need.
3. “When in doubt, ask yourself this: ‘What would a really happy person do?’ Then do that.” ― Alexander Kjerulf
Last week’s article is about designing a 9-5 exit strategy. If you’re unhappy in your current job, feel like you’re working your life away and have been thinking about starting your own business, then you can take the first step toward freedom by designing an exit plan. Just how you do that is explained in this article. Take a read now if you’d like.
Until next week,
