1. “Never lose hope. Storms make people stronger and never last forever.” ― Roy T. Bennett
Hard times never last. They come and go, strengthening the human psyche along the way. Although we like to think that we’re going to succumb to the challenge, we often don’t; The human capacity for burden is significantly greater than we think.
2. “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” ― Viktor E. Frankl
How you perceive a situation is shaped by your feelings and behaviours. What most people don’t understand is that we can change how we feel about something almost instantaneously. What even less people understand is that we can choose our own way – behave and act in ways that we deem right without bowing to societal pressures.

3. “I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.” ― Frank Herbert
