1. “Don’t be pushed around by the fears in your mind. Be led by the dreams in your heart.” ― Roy T. Bennett
What are some things you know you should be doing but haven’t? Chances are that your fears are holding you back from pursuing them. Perhaps you run a business and need to do client outreach, but you’re worried to get rejected. Or maybe you want to get in shape but are afraid of the pain.
When you listen to your fears and let them dictate your life, you can’t reach fulfillment. If you want to be successful in life and business, you must be aware of your unpleasant emotions and finds ways of working through them.
