Hi All,
I hope your week is off to a great start. As always, here are your tips and tricks to keep you on track with your goals in life and business.
1. “Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind.” ― Bernard M. Baruch
If you feel like there are people who bring out your best qualities, then spend more time with them. By the same token, you want to distance yourself from those who don’t allow you to be who you are.
Feeling like you can’t be yourself is not a great feeling. A lack of confidence can diminish the quality of your life and negatively impact your work, health, and relationships.
2. “Believe in yourself, your abilities and your own potential. Never let self-doubt hold you captive. You are worthy of all that you dream of and hope for.” ― Roy Bennett
What abilities are unique to you? Are you a good athlete? A smart student? Take pride in what you’re good at and use it to fuel your confidence. After all, confidence is all about the stories we tell ourselves.
3. “The key to overcome crisis is patience, courage, self-discipline, adaptation and alertness.” ― Amit Ray
This week’s article is titled, “Dealing With an Identity Crisis? How to Stop Trying to be Something You’re Not”. It’s all about overcoming your own insecurities and letting yourself explore who you really are. Take a read now if you’d like.
Until next week,
